Refund and Cancellation Policy
We aim to ensure a smooth and pleasant booking experience for all our guests. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms for modifying or cancelling reservations, along with our refund procedures.
CANCELLATION TERMS
We understand that plans may change. If you are unable to join us, please note the following cancellation terms:
Cancellations made 20 days or more prior to the check-in date will incur a 30% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made 7–19 days prior to the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date will not be eligible for any refund or date changes.
PEAK PERIOD POLICY
Please note that no cancellations, refunds, or date changes will be accommodated for bookings during:
The Diwali Season (dates to be determined by management)
Christmas & New Year (20th December – 5th January)
Long weekends and public holidays
This applies even if bookings are made well in advance.
REFUND PROCESS
Any valid refunds will be processed within 2–3 working days.
Refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfers only.
